• Blue Staycation

Life gets too stressful most of the time. Busy schedules, errands, and (let’s face it) difficult people drain our last bit of energy. That’s why Sophia and I decided to take a 3 day break from all of that. We all need to take that breather from time to time. We were very excited that we prepared for it for weeks! Haha The place of choice was Amisa Residences in Mactan. It was just right for us because it was just more or less an hour drive from home. So travel time was short for we really need every minute to unwind. It was perfect! Our Airbnb host was very…

  • Roof Deck

I really like roof decks! Haha I don’t mean the ones where there are fancy restaurants with a stunning view. Those are good too but I really like the ones that are just plain and raw. The utilities and tanks in contrast with the view is something interesting. It totally brings out the side of me who romanticizes about perfect imperfections. Everytime I go on vacation, I always check if I can access the roof deck of the place where I’m staying. This one was when Sophia and I were staying at our friend’s condominium in Manila. Canie, our friend, was very hospitable that she made us breakfast everyday! I…

  • Boardwalk

It’s always summer here in the Philippines! Okay, maybe not these past few days since it has been raining. However, there is always a swimming pool or a beach nearby specially in Cebu. You can also hop on a boat to get to another island and chill. That’s just what my girlfriend and I did during her birthday weekend! Sophia and I really love Bantayan island. I guess we find it somewhat charming because it’s peaceful and very chill. It’s somewhat near from where we live but at the same time far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. She also needed to take a lot of things…

  • Concrete Jungle

Last weekend, Sophia and I went to Manila for an event. I will blog about it soon! The event was for only one night but we decided to extend our stay to hangout with friends. Ofcourse, we had a couple of shoots too and visited some shops. Haha These photos were taken at BGC (Bonifacio Global City) on our second day. We always make it a point to visit the place since Bonifacio Highstreet, Market! Market!, and SM Aura are just walking distance from one another. Also, BGC is a photo friendly city which means we can take ootd pictures basically anywhere! It was supposed to have a thunderstorm on…

  • Messy

I’ve always wanted to pull off something messy, hence the title. However, I was always uncertain because I might end up looking like someone who did not take a shower for more than a week. Or is that the look I’m aiming for? haha A bit confusing ei? Okay, I was not opting for that look. I wanted to look like I just didn’t care and I think I got that vibe. First thing, it was scorching hot and I’m wearing pieces in gray and black. Second, I’m wearing a pair of high cuts on the beach. Haha I guess that screams, “I don’t care!” Whatever I’m wearing, it would…

  • Bridge

Last Saturday, I finally conquered the most iconic bridge in Cebu. . . Marcelo Fernan Bridge! I’ve always wanted to take a walk there and enjoy the view. I’ve been passing through the bridge multiple times. When I was a kid, and the bridge has just opened, I was in awe by how amazing it looked. Yeah, there are a lot like it but it was my first encounter with an actual cable-stayed bridge. Sophia and I meticulously planned on when and how we’re going there. Haha The traffic most of the time is crazy there. We had to plan where to park the car. We also had to check…

  • Mickey’s Bucket

A few months ago, New Era finally opened a store in Cebu! When I got the invite for their opening, I was more than ecstatic about it. It literally felt like I was in a candy store when I got there. They have more than 500 cap designs to choose from! Imagine that! I was surrounded by loads and loads of awesome caps. If you’re like me who just can’t get enough of caps, this global brand definitely has more than enough in store for you. If you’ve been with me in my early stages of blogging, you probably noticed how I like the iconic Mickey Mouse. So when got…

  • Send Off

There was actually a time when I was very skeptical about long line shirts. It felt like I didn’t have the confidence to wear one. However, by the looks of the photo above, I am now comfortable wearing long line shirts! Haha This look definitely takes a lot of confidence to pull off because its longer than the long line shirts I’ve become used to. I have a friend who works at ‘Dare to Dream’ who kept on telling me to wear this shirt but I never bat an eye on it because it was way to long for me. I finally gave in and got the shirt because I…

  • Graphic

My girlfriend and I have our favorite places in taking photos of our ootd’s. These places aren’t just back drops for our photos. We take time to breathe and appreciate the area. It’s the time when we finally have our peace of mind. It’s short lived but at least we get to enjoy it and keep our minds sane. You might get the idea that we are living life easy but that is a huge misconception. Haha These ootd’s, events, and blog posts are just mere inserts to our schedules. Yes, my schedule if flexible but it doesn’t mean it’s empty in its entirety. Maybe we are just creative enough…

  • Patched Up

It’s been raining hard these past few days but that’s not stopping me from blogging about my summer! Hey, the weather still isn’t cold enough for me and I also have an upcoming poolside escapade this weekend. The weather maybe moody but it seems like my schedule is having a summer hangover! Haha About more than a month ago, my blogger friends and I decided to go on an outing at Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort. It was long overdue and it finally happened! Funny thing is that as soon as we settled down at the resort, we immediately scattered in pairs and took ootd’s. The photo shoots lasted for half…
