• Burgundy in Cambodia

A few months back, I was fortunate enough to visit Siem Reap, Cambodia. It was my first time and I was beyond excited. I was given a very specific itinerary which was exactly what I needed. I was able to meticulously plan out my looks for each of our temple visits. This was part of the itinerary that was also time specific. We had to leave the hotel at around 4 AM to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. After the sunrise, we were also set to go back to the hotel and eat breakfast before heading out, again, to tour around the other temples. Taking note of the time…

  • 1978

Montebello Villa Hotel invited me along with my friends, Ching Sadaya of chingsadaya.com and Chennie Montero of @chenniemontero on YouTube, for a fun shoot. This was also in partnership with Tour de Cebu 2019. Ofcourse, the first question I had in mind was, “What should I wear?” The 1978 film ‘Grease’ is what immediately popped in my head! Well because… vintage cars! This look was literally easy to put together since I already had a concept in mind. Also, the pieces needed for this look are literally staple wardrobe basics. I started off with a plain white shirt that’s somewhat fitting. Not too tight, though. You don’t want to look…

  • Tretorn: Your go-to shoes

In full honesty, I really thought that this is going to be just like any pair of shoes out there. To my surprise, the moment I tried it on, I couldn't stop saying, "Wow!" These are the most comfortable shoes I have worn so far. Seriously! I have also tested these over time.

  • Monochrome Tigers

I miss my gray/grey hair. However, I would never go back to dying my hair again. It took so much time and effort to maintain. Still, we never know. I might go back at it again. Haha It was the time when almost anything I wear was elevated simply because my hair was gray/grey. It was also strange how I automatically did not mind the stares I get every time I go out. I’m not sure but I think it’s because I just don’t care what other people think. There are only a few people I know whose thoughts matter. If you are the type of guy who finds it…

  • Open Field

This is one of my favorite spots in Cebu. I know it’s not much. It’s just a random area in SRP but I like the feeling being there. It reminds me of home. Fields that stretch for miles beside the road instead of buildings cramped beside one another. Just looking as far as you can without obstructions. That is why I like it there. Hey! If you look the other way, you get to see the Mactan channel too. =) My life is getting busier day by day and I couldn’t be more thankful for all the blessings that come my way. However, we all need that small window between…

  • Panda

If it’s not obvious enough, I like Pandas! Haha I haven’t seen one in person and I really hope one day I would get to see one, if not, cuddle with one! As for now, I’ll settle with cute Panda videos on YouTube. This look started with one little Panda patch which I found at a mall nearby. The moment I saw it, my imagination went wild which bore a couple of DIY’s and this is one of those. There tons of DIY which you can do with patches but I kept this on simple in a way. I know this will still turn head considering how grey/gray my hair…

  • Chains

Yes! I still have my fluffy gray hair in these photos. Haha Well, my gray hair wasn’t always fluffy but as it grew it went fluffier and fluffier. It took a lot of maintenance and I had no patience for that. So I decided to get rid of the color. Maybe soon I’ll give a hair color a try again but for now I’m keeping my natural color. Okay back to these photos! This pullover takes a lot of confidence to wear. Match it with the gray hair and I quickly learned how to ignore my surroundings. Haha I can’t deny that this combo will definitely turn heads. I even…

  • Pinto

The thing I like about visiting Manila is meeting and catching up with friends. I think I have already mentioned that here on my blog. Anyway, we also get to visit new places with them. This one is not really new but it was our first time visiting Pinto Art Museum. So I dare say it’s new! Haha. Kim, Jed, Sophia, and I went on a mini road trip to reach the museum and boy did we have loads of fun. I don’t know why but whatever we do with these guys. We always have a blast!  Funny thing when we went there is that we bumped into someone who…

  • Black and Yellow

I just noticed that I only have a few short sleeved shirts. I can seriously just count them of with my ten fingers. So, I decided that I needed to add up the digits since the summer heat is literally taking its toll on me. I don’t want to go in full tank top as well unless I’m on the beach or off to the pool. Let’s start with this shirt from Oxygen.  This shirt came from their Billboard Collection. What I really like about is how it’s really comfortable and breezy. Just what I needed! I like how it has that old school feel as well. Photos by: Sophia…
