Last May, Forever 21 launched their new styling service… Style Insider. Yes! You read that right, Forever 21 now has a styling service and its for free. You don’t even need to purchase anything from them in order to avail of the service. Now everyone can have their own personal stylist!

During the launch, our friends Jean Candice Yu and Toni Pino-Oca were invited as guest stylists for the event. Unfortunately, they are not resident stylist in Forever 21 but you can get dibs on the latest trends on their blogs! That’s ‘Life On A Flavored Runway‘ for Jean and ‘Perfumed Red Shoes‘ for Toni! =) 

Kym Maitland-Smith was also their as their guest stylist. I’m totally loving the military vibe of her look but she kept it feminine at the same time!

Ofcourse, the hottest stylists in Cebu! Blaq Mafia! Its amazing how versatile they are in terms of styling. They can easily shift from editorial to casual and everything in between.

Ching Sadaya and Bee Urgello both won best dressed! No doubt they were going to win, they look awesome.

Sophia Sanchez, however, took the spotlight because she won Php 21,000.00 worth of Forever 21 gift certificates. She doesn’t look that happy in this photo but trust me, she is jumping sky high deep inside.There was actually a winner announced before Sophia but, unfortunately, she already left. So, the committee drew lots from the raffle again and there you go! Sophia won! Woohoo! Just like what Mia (the host) said, “Good things come to those who wait.” Congratulations Sophia! =)

Forever 21’s styling service is truly an awesome and unique experience. With all the different styles out there and all the wide variety of clothes and accessories to choose from, it does get a little bit confusing. Okay, styling is a whole lot confusing if you are not used to it. The styling services that Forever 21 offers will definitely narrow down the things that will make you look your best. This will make choosing and buying clothes more convenient. It will also make make your future purchases worth it!

Citizen, the leader in watch-making innovations, expanded its reach when it opened its first mono brand store in Cebu on January 29 at the Upper Ground Floor of The North Wing SM City Cebu.

Pushing further, the brand introduced its latest innovation: the Eco-Drive technology. In this collection, the watches are powered by any light source, thus eliminating the need for batteries.
 “Citizen lives by the statement that ‘Better Starts Now’, as such opening our first store here in Cebu is a testament to this belief. We continuously strive for the best in providing our customers watches that are not only aesthetically impressive but that truly last a lifetime,” enthused Managing Director of Citizen Watches H.K. Limited, Naoto Hosogaya. “The Eco-Drive technology is exactly that. It’s a revolutionary collection which is a fusion of both beauty and technology,” he added.

The opening of the concept store was marked by a ‘Powered By Light’ Ceremony using laser light to symbolize the official opening of the store. Present to celebrate this milestone for Citizen, along with Hosogaya, were Wizer Industries President Ray Jacinto, exclusive distributor of Citizen in the Philippines, Citizen Watches H.K. Limited Sales Executive Wendy Tam, Wizer Industries Brand Manager Joy Jalandoni, and TV personality and Citizen Philippines Brand Ambassador Daniel Matsunaga. The event was hosted by Miss Earth 2008 Karla Henry.
Guests got a closer look at the featured timepieces as Cebu models donning Eco-Drive watches posed to highlight the brand’s prized collection: Citizen Altichron Cirrus, Citizen Promaster Aqualand, Citizen Satellite Wave F900 and Citizen L for Ladies. Together with the store’s launch, winners from the raffle draw and Citizen’s Instagram photo contest took home Citizen merchandise. Two lucky guests, Queenie Ammann and Monica Lopez, won the grand prize and took home their own Citizen Eco-Drive watch.
